As you may have read in some of my other posts. There are times when you aren’t going to be able to prepare every meal that you eat. This doesn’t mean that you can’t eat healthy meals. It makes sense to find out the restaurant and fast food nutritional facts of the places you frequent. I have compiled nutritional guides from many of the restaurants and fast food establishment I frequent and placed them on this site. Use these guides to make good food choices in alignment with your nutritional and health goals. Let me know if this is beneficial and I will do my best to expand the list. One other thing, if a eating establishment doesn’t have nutritional information on the items on their menu I won’t eat there, UNLESS they have something I REALLY like and only on my off day.

Note: It is interesting that many restaurants don’t have nutritional guides. The reason I mention this is because I visited two eating establishments and inquired about their nutritional guides. They didn’t have any to give me, but one of them let me look at the guide they had and I was astonished at the nutritional information on their menu. I might as well have went to a greasy spoon diner. The thing is this place has an implied reputation that their food is healthy because they serve artisan bread sandwiches, soup and salads. This was not the case. I say all of this to emphasis the point that a critical part of good health is good information. Don’t be afraid to ask about the nutritional value of the food you eat. Your life may depend on it. Bon Appetit!!
